The Alien Bees ABR800 is a powerful ring light that can be used on a tripod or a light stand. This light includes a camera mounting platform that can be configured to work with nearly any camera, allowing "shoot through" use with lenses that have an outer diameter of 10cm or less. This is not a portable device: it prefers to be on a stand, and it plugs into the wall. Overpowered for most macro shooting, too. But for studio use? Excellent. Light cosmetic wear, most notably a couple of shallow notches in the rise adjustment column which do not affect use or structure. Function is excellent. Includes sync cord and carrying case.
